What's an AI credit?

Every plan includes a monthly pot of AI credits - enough to run your day-to-day. One credit is roughly one AI action: a drafted email, a product description, a reply in your customer chat, a summarised lead. Most small businesses never run out. Run low in a busy month? Buy one of our top-up packs from £10 for 100 credits, or move up a tier. Credits refresh every month and we warn you before you run out.

Partly, and no. One scheduled autonomous agent (the AI SDR). Everything else is single-step drafts and summaries. We never train AI models on your data. AI features send only the context needed for each request to our AI provider, under a no-training agreement. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
