Can we white-label the whole portal?

Yes - tenant CMS handles the branding, copy, logo, colours, and the public-facing pages (about, why us, help, team). Custom domain via Vercel is part of bespoke. Email sends route from your own Microsoft 365 OAuth via the rep's own mailbox so recipients see your name.

Terminology that fits your shop. Out of the box, Jeanus calls them "leads" and "clients" in your nav, your dashboard, your reports, your emails. You can change either in Settings → Workspace at any time.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
