Yes - CSV import for customers, contacts and repeat pricing. The repeat-pricing import keeps each customer's confirmed prices per SKU so reorders auto-price correctly. We can also write a one-off importer for unusual ERP exports (Business Central, SAP, Cin7 etc) on the bespoke build path.

What about my warehouse + delivery teams - do they each need a seat?

No. Every plan is unlimited users. The warehouse and trade-counter staff cost nothing extra to add. HubSpot charges per seat which makes that prohibitive at scale; we don't.

Can the trade portal show different pricing per customer?

Yes. The customer trade portal reads the customer's confirmed repeat pricing - logged-in trade customers see THEIR price, not list price. Public visitors see "Login for pricing". Standard B2B trade behaviour, built in.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant. What learns over time is the per-tenant AI context document where you teach the AI your house style and terminology.
