Enable and brand

Flip the portal on for a customer. Upload your logo, set an accent colour, point your custom domain (portal.yourcompany.co.uk). 10 minutes end to end.

Customer signs in

Magic-link or SMS login. No password to lose. They see their confirmed prices, past orders, open quotes, unpaid invoices - only their own data, tenant-isolated at the database level.

Self-serve orders

Add to basket, place order. Confirmed repeat prices per line auto-populate. Multi-currency handled. Stripe checkout for pay-now, or accept-quote-to-pay-later for terms customers.

Live rep visibility

Which plan includes the portal?

Every plan, from Solo (£49/mo) upwards. Custom domain (portal.yourcompany.co.uk) is available on Team (£99/mo) and above. HubSpot charges extra for Service Hub Pro (~£420/mo) for anything portal-shaped; we treat it as a core feature.

Can we style it to match our brand?

Logo, brand colour, custom domain, hero image, footer copy. All configurable from Settings → Site without touching code. Full white-label (no "Powered by Jeanus" in the footer) is available on Growth tier and above.

How does the "see them live" side actually work?

A lightweight tracking pixel on each portal page reports view + idle time to the CRM. Aggregated in real-time onto a "Live customers" panel on the rep dashboard, refreshed every 20 seconds. Data stays inside your tenant, not shared with third parties.

Can customers pay in the portal?

Stripe checkout built in. Accept card, direct debit (GoCardless integration), or bank transfer with generated reference. Payments post back into the CRM against the correct invoice automatically.

Not yet, and no. Today the AI drafts, summarises and advises in single-turn calls - it doesn't take multi-step actions autonomously. Agentic flows are on the roadmap. We don't train models on your data either; your customer data never leaves your tenant.
