Describe your target buyer once. "UK SaaS founders, £1-5m ARR, focus on services." That's the whole config. No drip sequences to script, no email templates to write.
Every night the engine runs the Prospect Finder against your target, filters against your existing book, reveals emails, and drafts a personalised opener for each new lead using your voice and today's date.
Emails send from your own Outlook / Google account at natural intervals through the working day. Recipients see your name, your address, your signature. No shared sender, no third-party header giveaway.
Every reply is captured and matched to the right lead card automatically. The engine stops sending to anyone who replies. You drop into the conversation from Jeanus and take it from there.
The Prospect Finder is a burst tool - you run it when you need names in a specific niche right now. The Lead-gen Machine wraps the finder in an overnight cadence + drafting + sending loop, so outbound happens without you thinking about it. Prospect Finder is the spade for on-demand digging; the Lead-gen Machine is the plough that runs all season.
See the Prospect Finder →The engine is capped at 15-20 emails a day per sender, targets role-holders at UK businesses, and includes a one-click unsubscribe on every message. That falls well within B2B outreach norms and the UK GDPR "legitimate interest" carve-out for role-based business email. It is not - and cannot be turned into - a blast tool.
Strongly recommended. If your domain has never sent cold email before, start at 5/day for the first fortnight to build a sender reputation with Google and Microsoft, then step up gradually. Skipping this puts you in the spam folder for everyone downstream. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records need to be set on your domain first - your registrar's support docs cover this in about 10 minutes.
Yes. Connect via OAuth in Settings → Email. Sends go through your own account with your signature attached, so recipients see the same address you'd hand-type from. If email isn't connected, the engine surfaces the drafted messages in your Sent tab for review but does not send.
The drafting model reads your recent Sent items to pick up cadence, tone, opener style and sign-off. It bans clichéd sales openers ("Hope you're well", "Just circling back") and injects today's date so the message reads current. You can review every draft before it sends if you want a human check-in-the-loop.
The prospecting side uses your monthly credit pot (2 credits per company search, 3 per email reveal, ~£0.03 each). At 15 sends a day the pot draws down maybe 500-800 credits/month. Solo tier ships 1,000/month; Team 3,000. Comfortably covered.
