Per-lead AI nudge cards
Suggestion cards on the lead detail: cold, no follow-up, quote-opened-no-call, stage stale, missing detail. Dismissable.
On every lead detail page there’s a “Nudges” panel with suggestion cards. Each card is a specific signal that this lead needs a specific action, with a one-click button to take that action right there.
The five detectors
- Cold — no activity in 14+ days. Severity scales with days quiet.
- Reply, no follow-up— the lead replied to a sequence email but no rep call has been logged. Highest severity because the interest is fresh.
- Quote opened, no call— a quote was viewed but no call has been logged since. Severity bumps with view count.
- Stage stale — the lead has been in the same pipeline stage for 21+ days.
- Missing contact detail — email, phone or website blank. Prompts to enrich or ask.
What the buttons do
Each card’s primary button deep-links straight into the right surface below. “Draft re-engagement email” scrolls to the email composer and triggers the AI draft with a follow-up intent preset. “Log a call” scrolls to the activity composer with call type pre-selected. “Add contact detail” jumps to the notes editor.
Dismissing
The “×” in the top-right of any card hides that nudge for 14 days. If the underlying condition still holds after the cooldown, the card comes back. This prevents you from having to see the same suggestion every day for a lead you’ve consciously deprioritised.
Cost
Nudges are rule-based, not AI-generated. No credits are consumed. The names read like AI insights because they cover the same conversion gaps a rep coach would surface, but everything is deterministic SQL — reliable and explainable.
