The All commspanel on every customer and lead detail page pulls every conversation touching that record onto one time-ordered feed. No more “which panel was that call in”.
What gets merged
- Portal chat — rep-to-customer messages via the trade portal
- Web chat — conversations from your marketing site chat widget, once a visitor has converted to a lead
- Notes — rep-authored notes and follow-ups
- Calls + meetings — logged manually or synced from Outlook calendar
- Email sent + opened — from the built-in email tracker
- Email received — incoming Outlook messages auto-matched to the record
- System events — stage changes, ownership changes, etc
Filtering
Under the header you’ll see one chip per channel that has data on this record. Tap a chip to hide that channel; tap again to bring it back. Chips for channels with zero entries never appear, so a brand-new customer starts clean.
Grouping
Entries are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, N days ago, then dated headers). Each row shows the channel icon, actor, time and a short body preview. Click through to the source panel for the full context.
When it doesn’t show up
The panel self-hides on records with zero conversation history yet, so brand-new leads and customers don’t render an empty header. Once anything is logged — a portal message, an outbound email, a rep note — it appears.
