Invite your team
Add reps and admins so they can start working leads and customers.
Updated 2 July 2026
Every member of your team - sales rep, admin, buyer or manager - needs their own login. This keeps the audit trail clean and lets you use rep-scoped views like "my customers" or "my pipeline".
Where to invite from
Go to Management then Team. If you cannot see Management in the sidebar, you are not an admin - ask the workspace owner to promote you or invite the person for you.
What each role can do
- Admin. Full access. Can invite others, change settings, see every rep's data, and access Management.
- Rep. Can work their own customers, leads and quotes. Cannot see Management or Settings.
- Manager. Rep-plus-read - can see the whole team's data for reporting but cannot change settings.
Adding someone
- Click Invite team member.
- Enter their name, email address and role.
- Give them a rep code - two or three letters like SB or AP. This is used to tag their customers and quotes.
- Set a job title if you want it to show on their profile and email signature. Optional.
- Click Send invite. They will receive an email with a magic link to set up their password.
Always invite through this page.Do not send people to sign up at the login screen directly - they would land in a fresh workspace instead of yours. If someone signs up by accident, delete their standalone tenant and invite them properly.
Removing someone who has left
Deactivate a team member from the same Management > Team page. Their historical work stays attached to their name in the audit log, but they can no longer sign in or receive notifications. Their customers do not move automatically - reassign them from the Customer detail page.
